Dinner clarifications

I was asked by Jeff to ask if any of the dinners/activities would involve a boat cruise?

We have a "Casino" night set up for one evening and a band set up for another evening. All three night events (Tues, Wed, and Thurs) will take place in the hotel.

I'm actually really excited about the band, and I fully expect some of you to dance, because I'll definitely be leading the way :)

Speaking of which...those that venture out or are staying longer than just the conference dates...

Las Vegas is a 4 1/2 hr drive away...and if you're really itching for gambling, there are several Native American Casinos just up I-15 maybe 15 to 30 min drive.

You can also catch a San Diego Padres (Pro Baseball) game. They have a homestand Sept 1st through 6th at Petco Park just off Habor Drive & Park.

I'll have to see if you, Scott from IDS, Rick (from WP), and myself can sneak away for a game or two :) And anyone else that might want to go...

Alas, I wont have my equipment...I'm not lugging 35 lbs of bowling balls and such with me for the conference ;)

When I went to Nationals in Reno last month I limited myself to ONE ball, my shoes, a towel, shoe brush and some hand conditioner. I didn't have any problems with needing additional equipment :D

Yep, I'll be there from Tuesday through Friday, Laura should be coming for part of the conference. No bowling for me though, I prefer beer lifting. :)
