Innovative Merchant Services (IMS) and QuickBook Merchant Services are Down - They are working on the problem and consider it a critical issue.

ETA for resolution is 2 hours.

We recommend merchants use Credit Card Simple Validation for their stores until these services are restored.

Just to expand on this you can unassign the credit card methods within the IMS module without having to unassign the module. If you enable CC w/ Simple Validation without doing this your customers will be presented with two Visa options, two Mastercard options etc. One would be an option for IMS and the other would be CC w/ Simple.

Innovative and the rest of Intuit are fully functional again, if you haven't already done so you should process your Simple mode orders and go back to Real Time Processing.
