Everyone,

James asked me to post to let you know they're having some connectivity issues today at their office and please be patient if they're a little slower to reply than they should be.

Our ISP is still down at the office (not at our data center - all systems including our helpdesk are running there correctly) , so we've got everyone working from home today. Hopefully help requests should be going smoothly at this point.
