The other one is this new Easy Contact which I have to say that I wasn't really sure about at first is also now important. We have had lots of people use it already and this is an example of what's great about it. The customer wanted to know if we had a certain brand of hiking shoe but her message didn't really help that much so normally I would have had to ask a few questions back and forth. Since I had the pages she visited I was able to tell exactly what she was looking for and I simply sent her a link to the page she needed. What was more interesting is using it to figure out why she didn't get there on her own. I have a pretty good idea if it had not been so easy to use the contact pop up she may have just left the store anyway. Short of using chat sessions this works very well.
    Thanks Mark.

It's probably not easy to grasp the advantage of Easy Contact with out trying it out...so I'd just encourage all who even have a passing interested in improving customer relations (AKA Profits), to try Easy Contact. Its simple to setup, simple to use, and if for any reason you don't want to keep it, our 100% guarantee means you just say so and we will refund the total cost of the module.

And yes, I think something is wrong with the Edit function on this forum...<g>.

Hi Bruce: Found my problem. I had the text size in IE9 set to "largest". Works fine when I have the text size at "Medium". Sorry for the false alarm. Larry :

    Larry,

As I mentioned in the previous post, this has been checked on a number of different machines and browsers with no indication of the issue you see. But, to be thorough, we've opened up the form window on our site so you could use the contact form to perhaps provide us with even more information. (That's the key benefit of Easy Contact, it can capture information behind the scenes.) Also, since this falls under the realm of tech support, it would be beneficial to all to just move this to direct conversation between us.

Re: New Module From Phosphor Media: Easy Contact

Hi Bruce: We are interested in this but it doesn't work correctly on your site http://www.phosphormedia.com/product...y_contact.html The submit button doesn't display and when I attempted to email you my question, I could not submit it via the button (which wasn't showing) or by the return key. Also, when I scrolled down in the comment box, the close box X at the top scrolled up off the page and I couldn't then close the popup. Am I going crazy or is there problems with this first release? Regards, Larry

    Larry,

You can set a specific height but typically, you just run it with auto height. However, since its 100% CSS, you can have it do whatever you want (including things like auto scroll, background images, etc).

I just checked with two different machines running IE9, with zooms running from 75% to 125% and didn't see a problem.
Why don't you go through our Easy Contact prompt and send us a message. We might be able to see what's causing the problem. (I'll open the window up more so you should be able to hit the Send button.)

It's just you, I think for non-admins it's always been limited to 5 mins from initial posting.
