Yup, every year we see at least a dozens Merchant sites struggle to stay afloat, pricisely at the time of the year where every minute online means dollars. Usually, this is because they are on a sub-par host...thinking that the 10/20 bucks a month they are saving is a GREAT idea...great until they start losing sales. The saddest thing is, most never know as shoppers this time dont have the time to report a slow site.
