No, that is the actual e-planner page. It looks like the keywords have not been updated for this week yet. Usually it is done right away. I think the person who updates it is out of town. I probably should have waited a few days to post the link. My bad...
As for the promotion, this is run out of our MIVA Media division. I would suggest you send an email to that address for clarification.
