Currently the UPS Ready Tools Module allows us to check for Negotiated Rates or to use full rates. We would like to be able to add a discount to individual UPS Shipping options by a percentage instead of using fully negotiated rates. Perhaps a "flat rate" discount as well.
This would allow us to pass savings to the customer for some of our shipping options without using the full negotiated shipping rate across the board.
