2. Limit payment method at the product level that can limit payment methods at the product level. (doesn't currently work if you only want to make paypal available)
3. The ability to sort the review baskets screen by baskets that have products or simply by subtotal

Items will still show a count of products for a facet even if they’re out of stock. It breaks them when you select facet that technically shouldn’t show.
