Currently, there are no limits on the number of Wish Lists or how long they are available. This could really start to clog things up. NetBlazon had a module called Basket Tracker that would allow the store admin to set Maximum Number of Saved Baskets Per Customer" and "Baskets Expire after How Many Days". Please add these settings to the current Wish List configuration.
