A Members Only Store

We'd like to create a store that is for members only. An initial membership payment would be required to access the bulk of the store's contents and offers, and the membership would have a recurring subscription payment, for example monthly or yearly. We'd like the membership to be tracked automatically and access disabled if payment was not received. It would also be nice if membership was discontinued after a set amount of inactivity. We'd like members to be able to purchase subscription orders, make one time purchases, view specific product pages, categories, and pages; view videos and digital content. We'd also like for only the members to have a forum or location for discussion, such as a messaging board.

All of this functionality currently exists pretty much as is in Miva. You might also consider using an existing Miva store to function like this using a sub-domain like "members.domain.com". That would allow you to share product databases.
