We are updating our return policies to not allow returns/refunds on clearance products. Occasionally we may internally decide to allow a return, but only for store credit. It would be nice to be able to Issue the RMA, Receive the Return, and create an Account Credit all from the Order Detail screen. Currently however there is only an option to refund. A good scenario would be:

From Order Processing > Order Detail > Payment section:
- Have the option to either refund to original payment method or create an Account Credit.
-- Template Based Email to alert customer that an Account Credit was created and instructions on how to redeem
-- If customer did not checkout with an account create one using customer's email address as login/password
