Hiding Runtime Error Message

oohhhh...i like this idea...i would just comment that the errors be logged and WHEN you submit a ticket those logs get sent along with the ticket. having a "New Error Pending" link in the admin would be cool doe.

I asked about this as a general question and now it needs to be moved to a "wish". Is there any way the Runtime error messages can be hidden from the website? Maybe put some sort of notice in the admin "Hey! You have a runtime error that needs your immediate attention!" or even better, all runtime errors automatically open a support ticket.
