Reporting Enhancements - Kit Components, Product Variants, # of Transactions by State

The native Miva Reports could definitely use an overhaul, but the reporting features mentioned it the subject line are the ones I find need for regularly.

    Kit Components/Default Variant Products:
We have many products set up as Kits or "Default Variant Kits". For inventory and stock reordering purposes it would be very helpful to know the items that are sold/depleted as a component of a sold kit.

    Product Variant Reporting:
Sales reporting on the product variant level does not seem possible. I've tested by using the Sales Report module and selecting the variant SKU in the Product field. This is a very important metric to understand sales by size, color, etc.

Geographic Sales Report on the Transaction Level (Number of Transactions per State):
At the moment Geographic Sales can only be broken down by Gross Revenue or Units Sold. Knowing the number of transactions has become increasingly important for Sales Tax Nexus.

Hey Psydde delcorsets - have you come up with anything to report Kit Components? I've got a store owner who set up Master Products to include the different sizes of the item. The inventory levels are kept within each size but when she tried to run a report of the products assigned to a category, it only pulls in the Master. She needs a count of all the sizes sold. Maybe I'm not thinking this thing through all the way.
