    Dollar Value of Loyalty Points

I would like to see the dollar value of the points accrued in the Points & Loyalty Program module. Every rewards/points program I am signed up for tells me the dollar value of my points. Most (if not all of them) have a progress bar: "You need X number of points for your next $5.00 reward". I am enrolled in a number of pet store points and with two Maine Coon cats I really rack up the points but I know right away what the dollar value is before I even use them.

    Spot on.
And as I have mentioned in another post, rewards need to be processed as a discount, not as a payment method.
If a $100 sale generates a $10 reward and the customer collects the $10 on the next $100 order, for the merchant that last order value is $90, not $100.
Optional reward collecting limits should be added, as in customer can collect from 0 to 100% of the order value.
Actual store credit and points / rewards earned are just not the same thing.
