Search & Filter Review Baskets Screen

The Review Baskets screen allows our customer service team to find a basket and help the customer along, or take over the order for them when they call. Unfortunately, it is sometimes difficult to find the right basket to provide this help.

It would help immensely if we could search the baskets by the basket total. Or even sort the baskets by the basket total, so we could find a basket with the appropriate $ in it. The "guest" customers who call in for help don't have much information to provide us so we can find their basket, so the basket total seems a good thing to ask for. Other ideas are welcome, but the Last Updated, which is sortable, hasn't been as easy to use, with robot baskets and the like. Being able to sort or search information that the customer can feed to us would be a huge help.

    Thanks!

mcrmedical Using the plus sign at the top of the Review Baskets Batch List you can add the Basket Subtotal on demand column. Unfortunately, this data is not sortable or searchable within the Advanced Search feature.

Thanks. I should have clarified that with number of baskets to sort through, even from the same day, and when sorting by most recently updated baskets, it can be a challenge to quickly find the right basket. As a dream feature aspect we'd like to suggest making that field searchable and/or sortable. That seems like it would allow success with the fewest number of keystrokes and effort, at least out of the box. Other fields in that list are already searchable and sortable. Thanks for considering.

I would like to chime in and second Charlie's request. I have a client who is also frustrated that the basket subtotal is not sortable. He would like even more to be able to hide $0.00 subtotal baskets so that he only sees the ones with actual contents.

Adding my voice to the chorus. Add sorting of any field in the basket, and something I'd also find helpful would be to also show the IP address of the source of the basket. Think I finally shut down the bot that was filling a basket with $40k+ in product, and the IP address would have helped to find where it was coming from.

mcrmedical As our team looks into the feasibility of this request another solution they offered is to use the Basket ID value to identify customer baskets.

For example, in the default Shadows framework there is a Theme Component Content Section called "Helpful Info" (see images attached). This content section is displayed in the basket and checkout pages of the Shadows framework. In this section something can be added that displays the &mvt:global:basket:basket_id; and then your customer service reps can be trained to ask for that value so that it can easily be searched for to better assist the customer.

If you are not using the Shadows framework this logic can still be applied.
