Unbatched Order Totals

Add data that can display on the order processing screen. When we select Batch then Unbatched Orders, we would like to see the number of orders waiting and the total revenue from these orders.

This was a feature in an old Truxoft module many years ago.. I still miss being able to get those quick totals on the fly without having to run batch reports.

We gave up using batch report picklist, too many steps, etc. We decided to teak Merchant Confirmation email instead.
