Miva Data Layer for Google Analytics 4 updates

GA 1.3.1 release - I stumbled upon this update quite by accident. Is there any way to receive updates for something like this? It would be great if it could also include update instructions that apply just to updating the two files. (And yes, I am "watching" the files at GitHub).
