    Problem with Designextend.com

    I put in an order with designextend for a module upgrade and never received the files. It has been over a month. I then filed a complaint with Paypal, and Designextend said they would refund my money, but they haven't. Unfortunately I let the dispute period expire with Paypal, so I can't go through them anymore.

    When I have tried to email the company directly they don't respond.

    Has anyone else had problems with Designextend? I would like to do business with them again, but not if they won't respond to this situation.

    I believe you ordered the original from emporium plus. Then you placed an order for the update through design extend and gave them an order number they would not have been able to verify. I sent you a copy of the original order email. Did you send it to them? It gets really confusing when you order from one store and then try to upgrade from a different store. Neither store is sure what has transpired and if there was a completed purchase or a refund.

      This whole order got confused. My biggest issue with Designextend is that they won't answer their emails. I would like to just cancel the order and start over. They even responded through Paypal that they would refund my money.

      I don't like putting this issue in a public forum, but I am not getting anywhere any other way.

          I thought this issue was going to get resolved, but now I have stopped getting messages from Designextend again. However, when I look in my sent messages folders, it is empty. So I don't know if my messages are reaching them.

          So, just in case you aren't getting my messages- I still haven't received my refund yet. Please send me another private message so we can straighten this out.

            Hi Pamela,

            I got the refund today- thanks. I'm sorry this ended up being such a problem, but I think there was some email delivery issues that cause most of the problems.

            In any case, it is all taken care of now.
