I would like to take a moment to say a big THANKS to David Hubbard. The spirit of helping one another out is really alive in this community - which is part of why I am continually drawn towards it.
Recently I've been doing some work for a company outside of the Miva world. We had a very serious server issue come up today, one that I have not come across personally before. David not only instantly answered my IM - he taught me how to solve the issue.
David could have many reasons not to want to help me out. But he didn't hesitate one bit. Instead he took 15 or 20 minutes out of his day of helping HIS customers, and helped me. David just Rocks.
Keep up the good work bud - your expertise is very much appreciated, and your company is the gold standard that us smaller guys strive for.
