Dear Miva Users...we have been using Miva for 8 years now and have transformed our homepage many times. Does anyone want to give us some pointers on how to imrpove our Google Pagerank? Our homepage is at http://www.mohawkmedicalmall.com

The number one determinator for page rank is the number of times your site is mentioned (in correct context) on other sites.

Other than that, you might consider more 'actual' content on the home page, since most of the text appears to be slated towards keyword cramming, which can actual bring you down a couple of notches. Testimonials are popular, as is reviews of high profile products.
