Pay Assist Inc payassistinc.com has been calling regularly to see if we want to switch to their payment gateway. I wanted to know if anyone has any real world experience with them and can rate the quality of their product and service as we don't want to try to save a penny and end up with a headache.

Truthfully I am happy with what we have - from a site administrator standpoint if it ain't broken don't fix it- I've found that invariably new stuff introduces small or big problems that will have to be sorted and once you get them worked out, well then a few weeks or months later it's time to change to another company. I personally don't like the risk of disruption and all those changes cost money but it seems every time someone calls with an offer to save some money we go through the process again.Comment
