Mailchimp email addy submit form

used to be under the "MANAGE" button in the user account interface.

Where would the error be logged? I don't have access to the client's Mailchimp account. But, I've asked them to look regardless.
I saw the issue in the console for JS errors where it referred to the dev URL and was not able to run the script. But, it was a sparsely worded error.

Have they stopped logging errors??? It was something you had to turn on. Well, at least it was when using MailChimp and WP.

In a dev store, I'm integrating/duplicating the email submit form. The URL is the dev store and the form isn't working. Is it correct for me to assume that the form/script isn't connecting to the Mailchimp account to submit the email address to the list because the URL doesn't match?
