What happened to my Forum editing options, font size and some font display?

Oh no, it appear one or all of these issues may be related to my new PC and old monitor.

Sorry folks, but I still welcome any suggestions. lol

I'm also missing the ability to edit my post's font size, styles, etc.

Hover over the top right side of the darker gray bar above the textarea where text is entered to post.

You'll notice there are 3 buttons with title attributes that will display on hover.

1 toggles upload attachments, 1 toggles the advanced editor, and 1 toggles adding smilies.

That's so weird.. the buttons are essentially invisible on my screen (see screenshot below,) but if I hover on the right side of the grey bar they are in fact there.. I don't remember it always being like that...

I "think" it's been this way for a while now. Not sure what happened or when but I struggled with too a while back. And I just made the mistake of clicking the "X" to close the bar

Thanks for the fix to this. Mine had gone "bye-bye" too a while back and figured I'd just live with it, lol
The WYSIWYG is

It appears the sprite sheet those buttons are calling is not being displayed properly. The buttons have no width or height to display the background nor do they have a unique position for the sprite.
