    They are not missing. They are "invisible". You need to sort of feel around in the dark for them. Run your cursor along the gray bar towards the top right corner. It's like the second from the right and you may (or may not) see the alt text "Toggle Advanced Editor". Click that space once you have a clicky finger displayed over the spot.
