Last weekend (August 1st) our vBulletin installation that powers these Forums was compromised. It's run within its own environment and nothing within Miva Corporate or customer facing sites were impacted.
The Forums passwords were encrypted and we don't have any reason to believe they accessed the password hashes.
We took the Forums down this week to do a clean install of the latest version of vBulletin which is protected from the issue that allowed for that to happen.
We recommend updating your vBulletin (Forums) passwords, but other than that, everything is back online and no data was lost.
