Sort Category members using "AND" logic

We are using the Miva Merchant 5.5 and would like to hire someone to create a module to sort the category members on multiple Merchant and Product custom fields. Right now using the Sebenza Catergory template we can sort using "OR" logic in that it can sort on price or manufacturer or some other value.

We would like it to do the sort using the "AND" logic so that it can sort using multiple fields like price and manufacturer and one or more "features" stored in a product's custom field.

If this is doable please give us an estimate of the cost to implement it. We would probably want to limit the sort to no more than three different fields but some fields might be searched for multiple words.

Example:

A category has voice recorders. There are 15 products in the category. We can now sort on price or manufacturer.

Ideally we would like to be able to sort price brackets and a manufacturer and sort on whether or not it has voice activated recording and stores dictation in folders and has expandable memory. The last three criteria would be stored in a custom field for the products.

You can do this with power search out of the box. No customization needed. You can search the whole store or you can filter it down to just one category.
