Need developer - looking to eliminate static website - make Miva store our main site

Hello. We are looking to finally eliminate our static website (done with MS Frontpage) and make our Miva cart our main website.
My main concerns are:
Losing search positions we have built up over the past 12 years.
Ability to manage store/site on day-to-day basis.

We are happy with the overall design of our site (colors, fonts...etc) and are basically just looking to streamline everything into an attractive e-commerce site with minimal flashy components.

We are looking to get this completed over the summer and (of course) are on a tight budget :-)
