We're needing some expert debugging on an items-won't-stay-in-cart / account-won't-stay-logged-in problem that has escalated in the past month. See more details of the symptoms in this thread:
As the site web dev, I'm tolerable at StoreMorph and using Tool Kit by Emporium Plus, but quite unfamiliar with MivaScript itself. I'm proficient in PHP and Javascript/JQuery, and have added some customization that could be a culprit. I have not been able to reproduce the problem myself, and only have an inkling of its extent by feedback through our various contact channels (phone, email, chat).
We receive ~50 orders/day online, and our phone orders have doubled in the past month (now ~4/day), if that gives any indication of scale.
