We'd be happy to help out with your contact issue as well as any other assistance you need. We actually have two CE clients so we know a bit about your industry.

That being said, I'd also suggest checking out our Easy Contact module to use in place of the old fashion CTUS page (and its problematic php script--ok, its not problematic, its just PHP and outside of Merchant.)
