Want to work with a MIVA expert on my clients site

I am a graphic designer/wordpress web designer, and I know VERY LITTLE about MIVA. I have a client with a VERY OLD MIVA web site and he wants to update his page to a modern look. The web site is all there we just need to give it a refresh. A new look. How much would you charge for something like this? Using a theme or template is fine if we can find one he likes, since I know more or less what he is looking for. Please let me know what this entails and how much you would charge for this. He is NOT hosted with MIVA.
