WP Blog instructions

I've been searching high and low for information as to how to create or add a (new) wp blog to a miva store. Is there a guide as to how to do this for us d-i-y-ers? There was a link to some instruction in an older post - but the link is not longer valid. Would like to take a look at the process to see if we can do this in house.
