PROD Page won't display Additional Images

I've created an Alternate Display Page that doesn't include the add to cart button to use as a product promo page. It would seem that I cannot get any additional images beyond the main image to display. When I view the page source I can see that the Image Machine has created the second image.

Are all the IDs assigned for Image Machine? Does the image show if you include the add to cart button?

Yes, the ID are assigned

No, the Additional images do not display if add to cart button is included. I copy and pasted the Product Display Layout from the PROD screen and the additional image still did not display.

What happens if you assign a different product with multiple image, which displays as expected on a standard page, to this page template?
