How to Space Navigation Set Elements

I am working on my dev store and am using the Optics theme. The way this theme was laid out, the drop-downs on the top have a very short first word ("men"). When I change this, it runs into the next drop-down. How can I space these out. It is controlled in CSS somewhere but I'm not sure where or how to do it.

Any help would be most appreciated.

It appears you do not have links set for the two top levels of "Products" and "Support". Once you set those, the layout should correct itself.
