    Two-Factor Authentication - Mobile

Howdy folks! Newbie here, been trying to figure this out, and I'm stumped. Trying to figure out the Two-Factor Authentication while using a phone. I downloaded the Google Authenticator app, but can't seem to figure out the key that it's requesting. Any feedback? Thanks in advance.

Did you use the app to scan the barcode that the totp gives you in the miva admin? When you do that it adds the site to a list which then shows you the codes to use to get in.

The way I've been doing it is have the store owner give me admin access at a "low" level. Then I log in and turn on TOTP and add it to my list using the method above. Then I ask the store owner to give my account full privs. Hope this helps. Oh, I also bought a Yubikey v4 on Ebay for $12 so I've been using that in stores, and it's way easier- put the thing in the USB port, push the button, and that's it.

Yeah Yubikeys are awesome, especially if you only login from the same machine all the time.

Oh yeah they work great anywhere, but if you only use one machine you can just leave it plugged in and not keep it with you is all I meant.
            Thanks,
