    Hiding Specific Products

I am working on creating an order page for a corporate client of ours. They will have a link to the new page that will show their products only. However, I need to hide their products from the rest of the site. There isn't a search setting to exclude certain products. Is there a way to hide products from the site, besides for those who have the direct page link?

I have looked into using Inventory Variants and trying to set the stock level to 0 for the products and use the setting Hide Out of Stock under Track Inventory but we don't need to utilize that function site-wide. So I am looking into a different solution.

Have you looked into setting up an availability group?

That allows you to hide products and categories behind a customer(s) login, and is normally used for specific B2B customers.
    Thanks,

But I need to hide this specific B2B customer's products from all shoppers/customers. Not hide products from the B2B group.

That's how this work, it hides things from all people unless you choose to reveal it based on a user login.

So Product 123 exists but no one at all can see it once you've added it to an availability group except for the people who you've assigned the ability to see it. Make sense?

That does make sense, I understand now, thank you!

However, this Corporate group has multiple franchises, each with a franchise owner. So each of those owners would ideally create their own account to order their products. And those products are Subscription products needing different payment cards linked to each. Having just one user account won't work.

You can do exactly that. I suggest reading about them in our Reference Guide. www.miva.com/docs

Problem is, I won't know the customer account information prior to them registering an account. I won't be able to add them to the Availability Group in advance so that they can see only their products after creating an account and logging in.
