Invoice Page not Showing Ship to or Bill to information after last Update

Hi,

I was using an invoice page on our store but after the last update it stopped working for us.

We use this on one of our stores to send invoices before the order ships so the customer can see what shipping will be once the order is complete. It makes life easier because we do not have to have someone from our accounting department make a pro-forma invoice for us.

Prior to the update the invoice screen would show all of the shipping and billing information. After the update it only shows the items purchase with shipping that we added in.

Is there a new "Item" I need to assign so it shows that info?

mstella1 In 10.08.00 we made an update in which we removed customer personal information when they are not logged in to the store.

Oh boy, that changes our workflow.

I'll try to think of something else instead of that but to have an accountant log into the account would be torture. The sales person is the one placing the order which would mean I need the accountant to log into that account after so we can get paid. We do not process credit cards on this store so it was really never a concern.
