How do we sort globally sort categories in MIVA 10. In MIVA 9 we have an option to sort categories by Name Ascending, Descending, Code Ascending, Descending. Our site sorts all of our Categories by Name Ascending, but I don't see that option in my MIVA 10 Dev Environment.

When viewing the categories list, click the .more menu (...) the click sort. From here choose the select all checkbox and you'll see the option to sort ascending/descending.
