    Blur at Order Processing Module

    Hi,

    After the new update of Miva Merchant, at the Order Processing module when there is a Cancellation or Refund, it appears the modal and besides the window with a blur that doesn't let see the information that is behind, before it was easier for the Order Processing Team see that information and copy what they see, but know it takes longer because they have to memorize what is in there or copy and could be some mistakes and it would be easier if the information behind is clearer.

    Do you know how to change that?

    Thanks!

    The change was a UI change. There is no way to change it on your end. What information do you copy from when processing a refund? Total amount? Amount processed? item totals? I'll make a note of this to see how we can improve on the software with future releases.

      Hello,

      This is the information that we need to see:

      - Payment type
      - Expiration date
      - PO#
      - and when canceling a product or modify the code, we cannot see anything, making mistakes, taking a lot of our time and processing difficult.

      Thanks

        Is there any chance we could get this added to user settings? It looks nice, but its super frustrating when you need to see some information behind the modal window.

        For anyone who wants to see whats behind, there is a hacky work around, open the console and add this line
        Code:
        document.querySelector('#modal_background').style.display = "none";
        This will remove the blurry background. Problem is you need to do it every time.

          Is this a browser-specific issue? I am using Firefox on a Windows PC. For me, when I click refund, the underlying screen darkens somewhat but does not blur. I am able to see everything clearly.
