Template branches

Hello miva.

I want to modify a miva site with template branches. I don't have any access in live website admin panel but i have the git repository I mean source code of the miva website. Is it possible to edit the website in my pc locally through template branches without even access the admin panel of the website? After i make the final version of website later push the website in production miva website by admin panel?
