    Invalid State Code for an order to Austria

    Hello Team,

    I have an issue that came to light with one of our customers. He placed an order shipping to Austria. He placed the order with the incorrect email address so when we went in to fix it in Miva Order Processing, we get a message when we attempt to Validate and Save, that we have an Invalid State Code. Here are images:

    I have tried every single combination in the Other Province / State Field that refers to Styria as an Austrian State. I've used the following abbreviations that I could find:
    • HASC AT.ST
    • ISO 6
    • FIPS AU06
    • NUTS AT22
    • UPU STM
    • Conv Stmk and ST
    • Blank

    Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The Postal Code has been validated via Austria's Postal Service for Styria / Steiermark

      There REALLY needs to be an option to bypass address validation in the event that an address cannot be validated -- a simple "Save" option next to "Validate & Save" would be amazing. I had a client complain about this yesterday... their rep was unable to get an order to go through because the address wouldn't validate (even though the address was correct).

        Hello iiams571,

        The issue with the non US address validation error you ran into has been filed as a bug with our software team. It should be fixed in version 10.01.
