countries missing when checking out

I had this problem also. Your answer helped me solve it.

Aha! Found it. Didn't realize there was a country list under Domain settings and Store settings.

I don't see the Sort option. The correct countries are listed in the backend. The problem is during checkout the country list doesn't start at the beginning, the first 11 countries are missing.

Store Settings > Countries, click on Sort and then make sort the order of the most popular countries. You can also use list to add and remove countries

And on another Miva site, the first country at checkout is Andora. So the first 5 are missing. Anyone else have this issue?

When selecting country (majority of the time it is US), the country list starts with "Armenia". In Miva admin, I see all these countries before Armenia:

Afghanistan
Aland Islands
Albania
Algeria
American Samoa
Andorra
Angola
Anguilla
Antarctica
Antigua
Argentina

Is the country list limited? Or is my DB messed up?
