We do a lot of promotions but seldom a product for a fixed amount (Reg $10.00 now $5.00 for item x, with a $5.00 minimum purchase).
The Price Group UI for this particular discount is not that intuitive and/or documented well, I struggle with this type of discount every time I try to set it up.
Ideally, the formatted price should be $5.00 not $10.00
