    Order Status Stuck on Processing

    We have an order that is stuck in "Processing" / "Picking" status despite the fact that we've manually opened the Enter Tracking modal, selected "Shipped" and entered a tracking note.

    I've tried updating from multiple user accounts, unchecking and rechecking the "Shipped" checkbox, adjusting our tracking note, but nothing seems to change the order status.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Psydde,

    Send in a ticket and we can manually update the status in the database. If this is happening frequently, I believe we've seen outdated VikingCoders modules preventing the status update.
