We have an order that is stuck in "Processing" / "Picking" status despite the fact that we've manually opened the Enter Tracking modal, selected "Shipped" and entered a tracking note.
I've tried updating from multiple user accounts, unchecking and rechecking the "Shipped" checkbox, adjusting our tracking note, but nothing seems to change the order status.
Any suggestions?
