The "Default CSSUI Framework" doesn't have a dedicated script for add to cart functionality. The "add to basket" button just submits an html form. The framework is intentionally as barebones as possible.

On the other hand, if you're mistaking the "Default CSSUI Framework" for the Shadows ReadyTheme, you can locate the script you want within extensions.js.
