Can we view old support tickets? If so how? If not, please can we? Many times we can answer a clients question by looking up an answer provided in a previous ticket.

The data from the old helpdesk system, beyond then-open tickets, was intentionally not transferred. Given it covered nearly seventeen years, several companies, and a few helpdesk merges, there was no reasonable way to bulk migrate that data with any level of confidence it would adhere to the new access control system customers have over who can open tickets on their behalf, that it didn't contain data no longer permitted for storage by internal or external policy, that it isn't missed by future legal order to produce, destroy, preserve, etc. because it was not attributed to the correct entity, so on and so forth.

Unfortunately we don't have much control over the UI with Zendesk but try clicking into My Requests and then change the status to Solved:
