Upsale Product - Quantity more than 1?

Is there a way to allow customers that want to purchase an upsale item, choose a quantity? By default they can only get one. Of course they can go back and find the product to purchase more but they will not get the upsale price.

I believe you can edit the upsell templates to change the <input type="hidden" name="quantity" value="1"> to be a text field.
