Miva Connect is an iPass, so it would need to have the shipping data somewhere (if it's in QBE then it could pull from there, or if Starship has an API it could pull from there) but since these flows would be non standard (for now) it would be some amount of heavy lifting to configure. Assuming you don't change the field mapping though, once it's running it should run and run unless there's an API change on either end.
