Which Miva page template is for the final order confirmation screen, where at the top is the section to allow a guest to create their account?

Okay. I believe it's the INVC page. But I can't seem to find the section with the form to allow the guest to create an account. I'm on Shadows.

I don't believe that's a stock option and would need to be added (might depend on what theme etc.) Especially if you have an older version of a theme.

So the code for the section that appears at the top of INVC to allow a guest to create an account is in the Global Header.

Yup. Odd place IMO. It should at least be a Ready Theme item so has not to clutter up the Global Template.
