Allow For Modified Shipping Address - Paypal addition

Pretty sure I've seen this before, but can't seem to find it now....how do you allow/disallow changing the Miva Shipping Address from what Paypal has on record.

For example, Paypal Confirmed adress is 1234 5th Ave and customer want's it shipped to 4321 Zero Ave.

This is for PayPal Express Checkout and/or Payments Pro

You need to look at the PayPal Disable Address Control item on the OCST page.

oookkay, i see the tab, but not quite sure of how to disable without playing around with it. also, the on this site the customer doesn't go to paypal until OSEL and gets returned to OPAY. maybe i need to assign the disable features to OSEL?
