    Updating Orders - issues with using 3rd party fulfillment programs

    We use Shipworks for our order fulfillment and customer service functions. The issue we have is that if we make a change to an order (add/remove an item, cancel the order, split an order, etc..), it isn't reflected in Miva and the customer won't see it when they view the order in their account.

    If we were to do these functions in the Miva admin then we would have the opposite problem that they wouldn't be reflected in Shipworks once the order is downloaded.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can use these more powerful order fulfillment programs and have the order changes reflected to the customer?
